Shipping Orders

Normally orders will ship within 1-2 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted else where on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through Nekmit.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

 

Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. (We do not support sending packages to BOX address)

Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Nekmit as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Nekmit, please contact Nekmit to make arrangements for reshipment.

Internatioal Orders

  1. Nekmit international orders currently only support FedEx and USPS delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  2.  The shipping fee is based on the actual cost. You can see the corresponding shipping fee details by filling in your address on the order.

Few Nekmit.com orders will be processed by Amazon, and shipped directly from Amazon distribution center in California.

Shipping fee and delivery time will vary depending on where the order is placed.

 

United States:

  • Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 7 business days after receiving the order

  2. Product weight (1-5lbs), shipping fee  ($9.99);
  3. Product weight (5-10lbs), shipping fee ($14.99)
  • Products shipped via Expedited service are normally delivered within 1-7 business days after receiving the order

  2. Product weight (1-5lbs), shipping fee  ($19.99);
  3. Product weight (5-10lbs), shipping fee ($29.99)

Free Shipping on Orders over $39 of America（Except the 10 continental U.S. states）

The customs duties incurred during transportation need to be borne by the buyer.

 

Delivery Times

When you place an order on the Nekmit website, you will receive a shipping info email from Amazon and/or one from the website. Please check your registered email inbox for your order status. Additionally, you can check the shipping info through My Account ->My Orders after you log in to our website.

Standard Shipping

Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 2-7 business days after receiving the order.

 Tracking Packages

Any delivery dates provided by Nekmit are estimates. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can also review shipping information of your order using this link (https://www.17track.net/en) by entering your tracking number. For more shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service and we will get back to you within 12-48 working hours.
